This text is a draft that needs review by the operator and legal counsel before launch.

Version: draft-1

MyGritWall is a general platform for personal goals and challenges. It is not a medical, therapeutic or weight-management service and does not give medical advice.

There are no penalties, stakes or punishments on MyGritWall, and no feature rewards extreme behaviour.

You must confirm that you meet the age requirement when you sign up. Without that confirmation no profile is activated.

Reports that an account belongs to a minor are handled as a priority: the account is restricted while we review it, and personal content is removed when the report is confirmed.

Weight and body measurements can be personal goals, and that is allowed. Targets are your own: MyGritWall never recommends them. Do not set or promote extreme targets.

Before and after media and body photos follow the strictest visibility the challenge allows. They are not indexed by search engines and are not placed in share cards unless you choose to share them. Public share pages for these challenges show progress numbers, not body images.

When a challenge deals with weight or body image, MyGritWall shows a short, non-clinical notice and a link to professional help resources.

Content that promotes eating disorders, extreme fasting or dehydration, purging or shaming of bodies; promotion of unsafe substances; medical claims; unlawful content; harassment of other people.

Photos and videos are screened automatically. Adult and explicit material is rejected.

Every post, comment and proof can be reported, and you can block other people. Owners and organisation administrators can remove content in the spaces they manage. MyGritWall reviews everything else.

Reported content stays visible until it is reviewed, except reports about minors, eating disorders and unsafe substances: that content is hidden while we review it.

A moderator can hide content, dismiss a report or restore content. Every moderation action is recorded with who did it and what it affected.
